Ich hoffe, ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen. Wer weiss, welche Steuerformulare ausgefüllt werden müssen, um für eine Übersetzungsagentur in Nordamerika zu arbeiten?

Wer kann mir sagen, welche Formulare notwendig/überflüssig sind?

Hallo Annika,

W-8BEN passt schon. Es sagt aus, dass die Agentur keine Steuern einzubehalten hat, da du Deutsche bist und deine Einkünfte aus den USA in Deutschland versteuern wirst.
