Bin ich zufällig drauf gestoßen, wahrscheinlich kennt Ihr Rechtsfachleute das schon, wollte aber trotzdem sicherheitshalber für alle darauf hinweisen und gebe den Link dann auch noch an entsprechendem Ort bei ProZ ein.
