Das gleiche Spiel gab es schon mal mit der "salvatorischen Klausel".

Hat jemand eine Idee, was man als nächstes erfinden könnte?
Immerhin sind das ja weltweit zu übersetzende Texte..

Häkelmuster können gefährlich werden Sep 22, 2005

Im Artikel steht:
Tante Elfriede liebt Häkelmuster, strickt eine Homepage und verlinkt auf Freundin Giselas Seite. "Auch ganz tolle Muster da" - aber davon "distanziert sich" Elfriede "ganz ausdrücklich". Was denn nun?

Weiter unten dann:
Denn bedeutsam ist der Haftungsausschluss nur bei Links zu rechtlich zweifelhaften Inhalten."

Na, logisch, dass es Elfriede nur darum geht! Wenn Gisela aufeinmal vom Sohn Siegfried angestachelt Schals mit dubiosen Symbolen häkelt, muss man sich doch schonmal vorsorglich davon distanzieren, oder?
Man kann ja nicht jeden Tag alle Links durchackern, nur um zu gucken ob sich z.B. der Gerbilzüchter jetzt auf den Vertrieb von Ehehygiene-Artikeln spezialisiert hat.:grin:
