One of my known friend from Nepal, very potential fresh guy, is there in Germany, Freiburg, currently undergoing his masters in Microsystems Engineering as well.

He can work 5 days a week, total 40 hours. If there is anyone, who can help him or guide him to get a job, please talk to me.

Although your friend is probably more of a hardware than a software guy, he might try www.gulp.de. It's a site for IT freelancers, sort of for IT folks what proz.com is for translators.

He'll have to be ready to move around though. Unlike freelance translation, IT job shopping usually happens at the customer's site.
