Hi there!
My query is quite simple: Does anybody know what to do if I want to be a professional tourist guide in London?
Is there a special course to enroll on? I have heard about the Blue Badge course of Guiding which allows you to guide in your native language and, once you've passed relevant exams, in other languages including English. I just wondered if Blue Badge is the only solution and if there are any other courses giving such a qualification.
Thankyou. Irina.

http://www.tourist-guides.net/itg.html should be able to tell you more.

Also http://highway57.co.uk/tpg/

If you search google.co.uk (without the inverted commas) you should find plenty of information.

Good luck
Lucia
