Transit fuzzy matches

Hi,
I need to charge for my first project in Transit and the Transit fuzzy match terms are quite different from Trados. The client also sent me an Import Report specifying all the matches. Can anybody tell me which word count should I use to charge:

Totals not reduced by repetitions
Repetitions found (reduced by limit)
Totals reduced by repetitions
Totals with weighting factor
Totals with expansion factor
