Certification in Egypt?

Hi everybody,
I am from Egypt. I worked for a while as a full timer, for an unbelievably low rate, and i decided to quit and be on my own. I started surfing the net for translation jobs, but they all rerquire certfication or at least, ask for it. I think i need to be certified as it will boost my status. I would like to know if there are any certification organizations in Egypt, can anybody help me with that?
