What to quote for audio translation

This is the first of eight 1-hour recordings.
It is a one-hour audio recording that I'm translating into written English.

There is primarily only one man talking. Audio quality is clear. I have software that allows me to stop and start the recording from the computer keyboard.

This job could take 4 or 6 or 8 hours.

How do I set my rates, or what do I charge to translate?
