I just wanted to mention a few people that have \'elevated\' our profession: and Henry,Marta, Jason, Hermann et. al: you make our daily work much easier. We use the site to ask and learn from others. We use it as a working site but also to meet and exchange ideas. You create a meeting point for many of us where we share work related subjects as well as off-topic personal stories and visons about our profession. THANK YOU!!

Gianfranco: Your recent work inside the Moderator\'s Forum (mailing list) has been outstanding. Splendid work indeed...

Many of the members do not realise that \'mods\' work a lot behind ProZ\'s stage. We do it because we want to serve and because we all share the belief that this is a GREAT community. We get no money but SATISFACTION.

Thank you co-mods, forum mods, thank you staff, thank you colleagues..

Share your sentiments + when did ProZ go live? Dec 14, 2002

And would like to add a thank you to Ralf Lemster to the list.

Besides the interview in LISA, is there a history of ProZ? For example, when did it go live?

For me ProZ \"went live\" when we first materialized during the ProZ Convention which took part in Porto Santo Stefano in Tuscany in September 2001.
