Help me pls, I can't access yahoo and google

Hi All

For weeks I can't access yahoo and google, but other sites are no problem e.g. proz.com etc. . I have checked my internet explorer option and firewall there is no block et all in any form. Is there any one that have experiences like me ?. Help me please, it's like a nightmare for me. S - O - S
