Dear all

Googling myself (nothing else to do today;)) I noticed that my name came up linked to a site I've never visited… to my surprise I even had an account.
Questioning myself I tried to log on, but besides my user name (which became clear when clicking on the link via Google) I had no password (for obvious reasons). I entered my second mail address (not my business mail address) and the password would be send.
That did not happen… but spam did!
I googled Outsourcing-room and I found amongst other warnings this site:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/Work-at-Home-Business/Outsourcing-Room/outsourcing-room-outsourcing-r-3f472.htm

and this one:

http://www.mail-archive.com/plug-discuss@lists.plug.phoenix.az.us/msg14456.html

Do you have any experience with this?
And does anybody know how I can delete that so-called profile from that site?

Old thread + security notification Nov 14, 2009

Hi Channa,

Seemingly, you are not aware of this security notification by the ProZ staff:

http://www.proz.com/about/security

It was preceeded by this very long thread:

http://www.proz.com/forum/prozcom_job_systems/140369-illegal_use_of_data_from_prozcom_profile.html

They're still at it? Nov 14, 2009

So they're still at it? This was the topic of a looooonnng thread at http://www.proz.com/forum/prozcom_job_systems/140369-illegal_use_of_data_from_prozcom_profile.html. Take a look there for everything you (don't) want to know about this site.
