Hints for lectures on how to interact with interpreter?

Does anyone have some hint sheet for lecturers on how to interact with interpreter in both consecutive and simultaneous modes and on how to prepare their presentations in order to facilitate lecturer/interpreter interaction and make delivery more successful?
