Ciao a tutti!


qualcuno sa cos'è questo "state of incorporation"?

Un'agenzia degli USA mi ha chiesto di firmare un documento (Non disclosure agreement) sui confidential principalmente e ad un certo punto compare "receiving party state of incorporation"...

Grazie a chi vorrà illuminarmi

It is clear from this site: http://www.tigertom.biz/state-of-incorporation.shtml that State in this case is with a capital S, per es. Delaware, California.
I guess Incorporation means the official registration of the business.
It would not appear to be relevant in your case; I would put "Italy".
