Devo fatturare ad una società francese e mi risulta che non devo applicare l'iva secondo il decreto legge 331 del 93. Qual è l'articolo da indicare in fattura? "non-imponibile ex art. 41 D.L. 331/93" oppure altro?

Non si applica l'IVA Dec 15, 2003

nell'area UE e si aggiunge la seguente dicitura:

"Prestazione esclusa dal campo di applicazione IVA ai sensi dell'art.7, comma 4, lettera E"
