Salve,

so che avrete discusso questo argomento centinaia di volte ma purtroppo io sono nuova e, stavolta, per la prima volta in tutta la mia carriera lavorativa sto sperimentando anche io quello che si prova!

Ho fatto un lavoro di traduzione di un sito web per un'agenzia di turismo canadese! Data la mole di lavoro, ho suddiviso il lavoro in due parti chiedendo di essere pagata a metà.

Ho consegnato la prima parte, inviato la fattura e ....ho atteso! Adesso è passato un mese e nessuno risponde più alle mie mail.

A parte tartassarli di email e telefonate (a cui si guardano bene di rispondere)...non so che altro fare. Qualche suggerimento da chi ha più esperienza di me?

Hi Cristina,

Is this agency listed on the Blue Board? If so, you could leave a comment there in regard to the payment problem. If they're unlisted, you can make an entry.

Have you tried to call them? You might also consider sending them a reminder with a late payment fee included in the invoice.
