Hello everyone,

I am having a bad experience with a Torino-based agency who is making up excuses to postpone a payment that was due 70 days ago.

I am looking for a reliable collection agency in Italy. Would you happen to know one, perhaps one whose services you have already used?
Or might you have any other suggestion (Small Claims Court, etc)?

Helpful info: The amount is of €1700+, there was absolutely no complaint about the quality of the work, and I've got emails to prove everything.

Thanks in advance!
