Cari colleghi,
mi trovo di fronte a un problema che non riesco a risolvere...i misteri dell'informatica.
Il testo che io ho in formato word si presenta più o meno così (non riesco a copiarlo)
*The (Hyperlink "htps://preconf.eu.billing.com/Premier/help/helpInterval.asp") for the Online bill*

Quando stampo questo testo o lo copio tutta quella parte tra le parentesi graffe (non tonde, ma le graffe non le trovavo) mi diventa "Billing Period" e questo è solo un ese... See more

La mia domanda è: cosa devo fare con questo hyperlink, che tra l'altro è una pagina alla quale io non ho accesso, vi è capitato anche a voi qualcosa di simile? Dovrei chiedere al committente o si tratta solo della mia ingnoranza informatica.
