More and more often I encounter low-case instances of "sua" and "aiutarla" and "lei" for "Sua" and "aiutarLa" and "Lei" in the sense of the formally polite "your" and "to help you" and "you".
What is your experience? Is ubiquitous low-case the rule now?

I think that you are right, even if, unfortunately, the non-capitalised forms of "Lei", "Suo", "Sua", etc. are getting more and more common in Italian.
