«crediti scaduti/sconfinati» & other banking terminology

Hi I'm translating a bank's loan reports from Italian to English.
I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered a few of these terms. I'm stuck on them

«crediti scaduti/sconfinati da oltre 180 giorni»

«acquisto a fermo» (fixed rate acquisition?)

«strutture centrali della banca»

If anyone ever needs any help with words or sentences in italian, feel free to email me.
