Off topic: Ho un dubbio che mi assale; come funziona esattamente il roaming?

Scusate la mia ignoranza, ma non riesco a districarmi del mondo del roaming; vorrei sapere se il roaming interviene quando si telefona dall'Italia verso l'Italia usando un cellulare francese. Per spiegarmi faccio alcuni esempi:
A): telefono dall'Italia con un cellullare italano a mio fratello che è in Italia e ha un cellullare italiano; ovviamente non c'è roaming.
B): telefono dalla Francia con un cellullare francese a mio fratello che è in Italia e ha un cell... See more

Giacomo, e' abbastanza semplice. Se sei fuori dal paese dove hai il contratto (per esempio tu hai un contratto TIM in Italia ma ti trovi in Francia) allora sei in roaming. Non importa a chi telefoni, ma il fatto che tu usi la rete del paese in cui ti trovi, e loro devono inoltrare le spese al tuo "provider". Un saluto, Anne

...infatti non è importante il cellulare francese o italiano, ma il fornitore della scheda SIM che usi dentro al tuo telefono (probabilmente intendevi dire proprio questo).
