Aiuto con SDL Trados 2007

salve a tutti,
trovo un pò complicato la nuova versione di trados 2007. In pratica nel tradurre, tra alcuni gruppi di stringhe delimitate da tag, c'è uno spazio vuoto ed ogni volta che traduco il segmento e premo set/close next open/get, mi dà l'errore e tag editor si chiude. Come posso risolvere il problema? ogni volta che dopo un tag c'è un rigo vuoto, dovrei chiudere la traduzione e spostare il cursore sul nuovo segmento da tradurre sotto lo spazio vuoto? oppure c'è un altro siste... trovo un pò complicato la nuova versione di trados 2007. Inoltre volevo chiedervi, quando riconosce un segmento ma c'è un cambio di carattere cioè il segmento source è grassetto sottolineato e quello target che ha riconosciuto è semplice, come dovrei comportarmi?
Inoltre per lavorare su un progetto devo per forza aprire sinergy oppure direttamente aprire il documento?
Mi rendo conto chegli interrogativi sono tanti ma sinceramente mi trovo in difficoltà
