Probabilmente sì, ma dipende dal contenuto. Si tratta di una collezione di frasi (segmenti, per utilizzare la terminologia dei CAT tools) in due lingue?

Se invece si tratta di un glossario, con termini in due o più lingue, non dovrebbe essere importato in una TM ma in MultiTerm o altro software per la gestione di terminologia.

Se confermi di cosa si tratta provo a fornire istruzioni per la conversione appropriata.
