Though I am using http://www.nova.co.jp/webdic/query.html, it gives only word to word translation. In fact most of the tools give just word to word meaning. A little bit out of the way, such as adding one more word to it, it is not able to provide the meaning. It says word is not in dictionary. Most of the tools behave this way. Is there a good online tool which can be entirely relied upon without using any other online translator?
