Several Times I received apologies from one or another question-asker, saying that they had clicked on the wrong key while choosing the most helpful answer. I guess it is rather difficult to click on the right key. I am quoting one e-mail as follows:
An asker has added a note to a question you answered
or are tracking.
Term: Okura floor
Pair: English > Chinese
Field: Other - Tourism & Travel
Sorry I clicked on the wrong key. Actually I have chosen the
mostly unlikely answer?
Believe me, such things happen quite a lot. When I was prompted to click and choose an answer to my question, I was reluctant. It is not easy to click on the right key. And once clicked, alas, it is not reversible.

Dear Lu Wang, several months ago I raised the question of non-friendly Grading Page interface:
I still think the interface may cause a lot of occasional and unintentional mistakes (like the one which you had described).
