I notice that Klingon is cited among the possible languages. Is there a demand for professional translation to and from Klingon?

Curious minds want to know.

Once I have seen Klingon version of one company's website Jun 16, 2005

The site was commercial, so perhaps they paid for translation. I guess The Bible and Hamlet translations into Klingon were done fore free... But people doing it could have asked Kudoz questions.

Perhaps the news from University College London that adults find it difficult to learn languages is that they try the wrong ones. The web is awash with all sorts of alternatives.

Such as Klingon, the language of aliens on Star Trek. There is a thriving community who enjoy closely correcting each other's correspondence. ("Tears can also be called 'eye water' {mIn bIQ}, although it's not canonical," for example). Overseeing, and playing the role of the Académie Française, is the Klingon Language Institute. The KLI takes itself very seriously ("The main vehicle of the KLI is HolQeD, our quarterly journal…HolQeD is an academic journal utilizing blind peer review, registered with the Library of Congress, and catalogued by the Modern Language Association." You can tell I'm not a Trekkie. I wrote that because they always would say that in the show, from what I remembered. I had no idea that it was a Vulcan thing! I stand corrected.
