I attended the Oxford meeting last year and liked the idea of discussion groups or focus groups of translators with particular specialisms. However, the legal discussion group was disappointing because we were all expecting a moderator who never appeared, so we did not know when to start and we lost a lot of time. I would like to propose a legal translators discussion group for Cracow, and I volunteer to moderate it. Legal translators can learn a lot from each other, whatever the language and wherever they work.

Great! Oct 2, 2005

I just signed up for this discussion group in the conference in Kraków and I think it's good that we have a moderator to guide people like me, who have not been in such a discussion and/or conference
Thanks and see you there!
