This is the title of the book. It is really not that difficult.

You might have already checked, these, but just in case you haven't: USPTO Patent Terminology Glossary and OECD Glossary of Patent Terminology (warning: PDF file). Both are English-English, by the way.

You might find this useful too:

The WIPO also offers distance learning courses.

I did the one called "Introduction to the PCT" and enjoyed it very much; it provides clear explanations and also questions at the end of the sections. There is a more general one about the main areas of IP.

There is one dictionary, but I don't know how good it is Jul 16, 2011

I only know one dictionary about patents, and it is in printed form.
It is this:
Szendy György:
Ötnyelvű szabadalmi szótár: Német, angol, francia, spanyol, orosz : magyar függelékkel

I think it was published more than 20 years ago, so you can probably find it only in used bookstores, or online auctions.
Here is one auction still open, in case you are interested.

I cannot provide information about the quality of this dictionary, as I do not have it, and I would not be able to judge it anyway, as I do not have the specialized training and experience that is needed to translate patents. (Just having the dictionary is not enough, in my opinion.)
