Could a poorly translated word start World War III?
Michele Berdy's column from Moscow is more poignant than funny. It is certainly a testimonial to the importance of doing our job right.

... that Mike Dell does not speak German - Putin does and well (g). Although "was kann ich für Sie tun?" could probably get "mixed reviews" as well.
