And especially in contrast with the BBC and EFE approach: these both seem to know what's at stake:-)

Living in Spain, you must be used to seeing stuff like that. I'm wondering if I'm ever going to get any work in Spain, as it seems to me that the Spanish only employ Spanish people to translate into English. I've yet to see one translation here that reads like it was done by a native English speaker. Mind, I do live in Andalucía which is relatively poor, so perhaps it's because they can't afford to pay translators?
