I'm having trouble importing pptx and ppt files into Memo Q. I have Office 20O7 and the latest version of MemoQ. I've tried the solution suggested on the Kilgray website of changing and resaving the file but I didn't work either. Any ideas?

What error messages are you getting? Jun 3, 2010

Are you using the filters for uploading the file?

Upload doc as.... and then choose 'Microsoft 2007 powerpoint filter'

If you have specific error messages, then they might help us diagnose the problemicon_smile.gif

Try to deactivate the preview.
Some files may be tricky and the preview crashes.
In most cases, you'll be able to translate the file and export it correctly.
