Why I can't confirm all of the translated rows?

I have a big document and transalted in memoQ, after I have completed some translation, I found the status is still is 'x', I use 'confirm and update rows' in Operations menu. I found only part of the rows have been confirmed with '√', others are still 'X'. Could anybody tell me how to change all of them to be confirmed with '√'?
