Hi,
I've only been using memoQ (version 6.0.58) for about a week now. It's been quite a lot of fiddling to get to know the tool and how it works with the different file types. But all in all it seems very good.
What I liked the most, was how easy it was to add terms to the term base, and then have them popping up with the auto-complete function (or what it's called)!

But at some point I must have touched something when adding a new term, because suddenly almost all the buttons on the target term side were grayed out! I try to add a term with a translation, but the term only shows up with target, no translation... Really frustrating! This is the same for every project, and it doesn't help to exit and restart memoQ. I read something in the help about the Less and More buttons in the Term Entry dialog, but I didn't quite understand it... Anyway, I did click the More or the Less button, so I fear this might be what triggered the problem, althoug it seems extremely strange!
Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Could you post a picture of the dialog box you get when you add a term?
Also, when you add a new term, are you sure you have a term selected in the target column in the translation grid?
You might want to clic the "More" button of the dialog box to expand the dialogue and reveal the term editing buttons (on the right hand-side, the target term side). You can use these buttons to add terms, edit terms, and delete terms from the target side of the dialog box. The same but... I have made a screenshot, but I had to edit it to remove client sensitive material. So how can I add the screenshot JPEG file here?
But just to answer your question; yes, I have a term selected in the target column.

You can post the screen capture to some picture site or to some file in your own website and add a link to it using a <img src="**here the URL to the image**"> tag.

This seemed like the easiest way for a not so tech-savvy person like myself...
But Tomás, feel free to enter your answer here if you have a possible solution.

I finally solved the problem with the help of Tomás. It may seem that because I had expanded the dialog, I now have to enter the term and then clicking the plus sign... The previously grayed out buttons and dropdowns are now back to normal and functioning.
I also learned from Tomás that you could mark both the source and the target term before choosing the enter term command. So far I've only marked the source term.
