Custom segmentation rules - help needed

I'm translating a document containing several variations of the texts "parameter 64:TEXT", "parameter 36:LABEL" etc.

The text often appears mid-sentence, e.g. "Set the parameter 11:IMAGE to NO to hide the image." When importing the document, memoQ segments the sentence after the colon sign:

"Set parameter parameter 11:"
"IMAGE to NO to hide image."

I would like memoQ to import the complete sentence as one segment. I've been trying to set up a segmentation rule that says "do not segment after a colon sign that is preceded by a digit but not followed by space" but I haven't been able figure it out. Can it be done and if so, how? (From what I understand I will need need one rule for each digit from 0-9.)

Also: do I need to "activate" the rule or does it work automatically?
