Hi everybody,
I just wanted to ask your help about a really annoying problem.
When I try to edit an already pre-translated segment I get the following error:

TYPE:
System.InvalidOperationException

MESSAGE:
Failed to compare two elements in the array.

SOURCE:
mscorlib

I hope you can help me.
Thank you very much,
Bruno

New version bug Aug 3, 2013

It's some bug in 6.2.21 version. I downgrade to previous 6.2.20 version to get rid of it.

Same problem, different version Aug 4, 2013

I have been experiencing the same problem, but my version is 2013 (6.5.10). Any tips on how to solve that? With a downgrade too?

Hi Bruno,

This is an issue that's just been discovered in 6.2.21. See the thread on the memoQ mailing list at Yahoo! here: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/memoQ/message/33269

It seems the problem is specific to the current build, so you did the right thing to revert back to the preceding one until the issue is fixed. This is a wise thing to do whenever a bug appears in a new build and affects your own work.

By the way, it's always a good idea to contact Support at Kilgray directly as well as posting messages here or elsewhere if you keep on getting error messages as they will then be able to gauge how many users are affected by the problem.

Regards

Carl
