We have like 3 people working in an office so we tried to store TM & TB on a shared computer and then everyone can work on the same TM & TB. That way everyone can have the same updated TM & TB all the time. But unfortunately that didn't work out. It says the file is already in use. So any way to get around that?

Get a Server version Jan 10, 2014

Obviously you cannot share TBs and TMs with a version of memoQ for workstations. If you constantly need to share resources, your best bet is to get memoQ Server, although it has a cost both when you buy it and for the maintenance fee every year...

If you are all working on the same project, the only solution I can imagine is that each of you had their memory in their PCs and that you export and completent each other's memories a couple of times a day, but if you constantly do that, a Server version is the way to go.
