MemoQ and Dragon NS 12.5: New commands?

I recently started using Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12.5 together with MemoQ. Although I'm an extremely fast typist, I'm hoping to ease my RSI symptoms by using Dragon. My problem is that I can't figure out how to include memoq commands in Dragon. I found the option to make commands, but at least in my version of Dragon, the only option I have is to add commands to insert text and graphics. What I would like to do in particular is to include the confirm segment command or the copy source to target command from MemoQ.

Does anyone have any tips for me? I'll be gone all day at a conference tomorrow (Tuesday), but will check again on Wednesday to see if anyone has any tips or if I need to give any more information. Thanks in advance!

Have you given a try at directly contacting Kilgray? They are quite efficient as far as I've heard
