Hi!

Recently, I have some problems with Word files translated by MemoQ. Tags and parentheses in target Word files exported are always corrupted after correction and save. Some of them will be placed in wrong positions and reversed. I tried to copy all texts before correction > paste in a new document > make a correction > save, but the error still happen.

Could anyone suggest how to solve these errors?

Thank you in advance!

contact support with a sample file Jan 3, 2015

Dear Navarut,

Please contact support at kilgray dot com and send over a sample file, as well as the bilingual document (MQXLZ format) and the target document so that we can find out what goes wrong.

Thank you,
Istvan

Thank you very much! Jan 4, 2015

Hi Istvan,

Thank you very much. The problem is solved now. I think it might be caused by Microsoft Word.

Regards,
Navarut Y.
