Menu Key Not Working in MemoQ 2014

I can't seem to be able to use the menu key (application key) of my keyboard when working in the MemoQ editing pane. I use this key on a regular basis to launch the context menu. It normally works in most Windows applications. Somehow I'm not able to launch the context menu using it in MemoQ (e.g. to see the spelling suggestions for an incorrectly spelled word). This is annoying as it makes me revert to using the mouse, which disrupts my standard operating procedure.
Any advice on how that could be fixed would be greatly appreciated.
