On my localization project, we're working with Gettext files. I need to import .pot files but export .po files. Is this possible in MemoQ 2014 R2?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Why not just use Gettext Tools? Mar 14, 2016

I have no idea (I don't use MemoQ), but why not just create the PO files with Gettext Tools itself? Then convert the old PO file to a TM, and load the new PO file in MemoQ. When creating the PO file from the POT file, use the --no-fuzzy-matching modifier to allow you to get fuzzy matches from the TM instead of the file itself.
