Use Trados server TM/TB in MemoQ?

Hi,

Is it possible to work with a Trados server-based translation memory and/or termbase in MemoQ?

I've had plenty of success working with exported Trados packages in the past, but a new client writes: "We ask our translators to work with SDL Trados Studio because we work with server-based TMs and TBs."

Is there any way round this without buying Studio?
