messed up term base, both terms in same column

I'm a CAT beginner and I messed up my Memoq term base.
Long story short, it now includes Polish and English term columns, but most (not all) of the Polish terms somehow ended up in the English section and the terms are separated with a semicolon and a space like this:

Polish term; English term

I exported the base to CSV and XML files and then opened them with excel but all I get is more mess (at least it looks like that).

Would anyone know how to fix this?

Mateusz I presume you still have the data in the original format you were working with. When you get it right import into memoQ is a two-minute job. Clearing up a mess is probably hours of work. So I would start again in your situation
