I'm about to start a new project using MemoQ and was wondering where I might find resources to help me learn how to use this software. Is the best place to start with the link below?

https://www.memoq.com/en/training-courses

Also, how long do you think it might take me to understand everything as a first-time user? I have some CAT experience but not a lot.

In my opinion, MQ is easier to use (at least the basic tasks) than other tools (such as Studio, for instance).

If you're working on a project prepared by a client/agency (on their server), you basically will only have to translate without worrying about anything else (more or less), otherwise, it might be a bit more challenging to set up a project yourself.

I believe this could be useful too: http://kilgray.com/memoq/current/help-en/

Don't forget Youtube! Nov 13, 2016

You will also find a plethora of great videos there, like this one:

Make sure you watch all those made by Dominique. Those made by Kilgray are soooo boring and of bad quality...
