Hi,
As I am just starting out in the business of translation I was wondering if anyone could give me an indication of the rates for translation of a website so that I have some kind of reference.
Thanks very much!
Oema

charge per word

Hi Oema, I believe the best thing to do is to charge per word, as you certainly do with other kinds of texts. Well, a website is made up of text.... If your rate is, so to speak,€ 0.10 per word, that will be you rate for translating the website. Very simple. Hope this helps cheers, Virginia Ferreira www.virginiatrans.uk.tt
