Off topic: A best link with Moneybookers - How/What?

Hello everyone,

I am coming back with another question regarding our money matters.

Well, when it comes to any issues regarding our account/security with Moneybookers I am wondering how we should do, or what the best link/way is so we will be able to obtain its prompt reply.

Do you have experiences of doing this?

You wonder how to contact the support staff of Moneybookers?!

I don't know if there are different national support offices, or if all calls are rerouted to the global support headquarters? Maybe other prozians can tell?

Or were you asking about something else?

Impossible withdrawal ... Sep 11, 2008


Thanks for telling me including the links as well.

The problem is that I am not able to withdraw my fund as usual that I am required on the site that I must provide the relevant papers to Moneybookders regarding my account/security. I have already provided my local ID attached with credit/debit card statement and my latest bank statement since a few days ago. So far, I have heard nothing from Moneybookers.

This is why I am asking everybody for any best ways to getting a quick response from Moneybookers since I have had no idea rather than emailing.

Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

I have never used this option. I have always withdrawn money to my bank account which is a recommended option and works fine. Sorry I cannot give you any advice how to use the credit card option.

I'm afraid customer support of MB leaves a lot to be desired. If you have not received any reply, contact them and demand more info. Once I had to send additional documents too, and I got no reply for 2 weeks. I have contacted them again only to learn my documents were insufficient. They didn't bother to inform me of this at once, just simply left the matter opened, not caring much about it!

So contact them again and again, as many times as you see needed.

Please note that I have tried using all options and learned more for a standardized account and general security reason.

I am frankly telling you that I used to hearing from MB with a word of good cooperation regarding our previous issues. But, it has caused me a little bit dismay regarding such an unnecessary delay.

Having heard nothing from it with my email used its security ID I went through its Contact feature available on the site with a hope that I would obtain an acknowledge receipt of my relevant papers sent at least, but it has still been negative. It is necessary that I would like to clarify that I am not afraid that it is scammed or cheated in any ways but the reason(s) so I would be able to further cooperate with it for an appropriate security of my account.

Further, a reasonable clarification including more suggestions would be much more appreciated, or my health regarding such an issue would become unusual, if still negative. - Reason(s) First ... Please

Even though you've probably already checked, still something to check every now and then.

Do you have a new credit/debit card that hasn't been verified yet? This takes a few days as I recall.

Have you checked your 3 or sth. months overall withdrawal limit? If you're trying to withdraw more than that, perhaps that's the issue.

Also, there's always a local bank somewhere around connected to them, perhaps you should try withdrawing your money there or at least ask them for help.

just be patient, I passed this issue once before and now I am passing it again, they will reply to you nearly after three weeks or around that periode,
the problem with me is that after waiting for three weeks and finally I got my account unlocked, I transfered part of my account and guess what after days I got the same message again "you can't withdraw your account for security reason and you should provide us with a scanned copy of ID and address"
Again after I provided them before and made withdraw,
I am getting mad of this site.

Well, I hope so everything will be in order soon. It would be grateful to to take its high security measures regarding my account with its site since I have automaticaly notified that there are many unauthorized attempts for access into my Monybookers.
