Hi everyone!

A few days ago I saw this post, which mentions HooPay, a money-wire system apparently similar to Xoom that I hadn't heard of before: http://www.proz.com/forum/spanish/99545-¿alguien_usa_ikobo_para_recibir_pagos_internacionales_en_argentina_¿funciona.html#1114105

I would appreciate it immensely if someone who's used this system could tell me (us) more about it. I visited the site (www.hoopay.com) but couldn't find the info on how it works exactly. Is the money transfered to a bank account? Is it wired though associated companies, like Xoom?

And, most importantly: is it safe?

Thanks a million

Andrea

Are you crazy ?! May 8, 2009

Hello,

Even if it's secure would you really consider a withdrawal fee of 24€ ?!

While moneybokeers and other systems charge you less ?

Best regards,

Please don't forget that fees usually differ from one country to another, and that not all systems are available in all countries. There may also be associated "unofficial" costs to some services.

Regardless, it doesn't hurt to learn about new systems even if we choose not to use them for whatever reason(s). What may end up being useless to me (or whomever) might come in handy for someone else at some point.

Regards
Andrea

you can tell who is more serious in business !

Forget about the traffic and ranking of both website and all that.. just look at the domain expiry date!

does not make any sense to me that being a online business... they would have missed this ???

Hoopay are new by the way.. started on the Jan09.

Wait a while more before you sign up for it.
