Have a look at http://www.revupcard.com .

Ikobo was great. At least from US to Brazil it was the lowest transfer fee and, when the money got here, it was by far the best exchange rate. About the end of last year they had some internal revolution, became P2P-only, and ever since I haven't heard one single bit of praise for their services.

I found this Revupcard, that seems to use exactly the same setup (money retrieved at ATMs with debit card, just a few minutes later) as Ikobo. Only differences are that they are openly B2P, and they use MasterCard instead of Visa Plus (which Ikobo uses).

Anyone here ever used it? Any feedback?
