Son actividades y tipos de sociedades de inversión que son objeto de una regulación especial en las leyes. Creo que el primer síntagma puede ser traducido por "Sociedades de cartera (por cuenta de terceros). Si alguien me ayuda, además de los puntos,prometo pagarle un café cuando pasé por su ciudad.
