Beware - possible scam

This morning I received an e-mail purporting to be from the "PayPal Account Review Department" advising me that my account
"has been placed on restricted status" because "at least one credit card in your account has been unconfirmed". In order to continue using my account I have to click on a link and enter my credit card details on a web page. Just how a credit card can be "unconfirmed" is a mystery to me (think about it!), but what is more interesting
here is that I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT!

This looks to me like a scam of the sort that has plagued a number of banks of late, and I advise everybody to steer clear of
it!

Cheers!
Geoff

Have never used this system, but read the other day about this SCAM. If you send your credit card number to this link, they can clear out your account.
