Hi! It took me some time to understand this.
All you need is an account with a nationalized bank and VISA or Master type of card which has international opoerability. Then things will also function.

Is there anybody from India who has the experience of getting payment through Moneybookers? Is it different than PAYPAL?.. Could anyone explain how the money transfer takes place? Is it required to provide credit card information ?
Thanks for help.

One of my friends told me that it is impossible to get money transfered to Indian bank account from moneybookers because moneybookers don't work in India. Is it true?

can give you a credible reply to your question?
Why don't you ask them directly?
