Hello! I need help. I opened a Paypal account and did a job for an American agency saying that I use Paypal. Now when they tried to pay me, it turned out that residents of Ukraine are not allowed to receive money on their Paypal account. I wrote to support, but received the same answer saying that Paypal is to be officially approved soon... However, I need a way out sooner, that is why I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks

forget it Oct 19, 2010

and use it as a lesson to check(count) money BEFORE you leave a cashier's desk.

You can do nothing about it.

Keep on trying to convince your customer to pay you by a wire transfer to your regular bank account.

Same problem with Cameroon Oct 21, 2010

Hi Halyna,

It happens that i have the same problem with Cameroon where Paypal is not yet activated and I really need to have a paypal account activated as I am losing much money without. I went to your link but I can't read the language. Can you translate into English for me to understand? Thanks,

Serge

You actually can receive funds on your Paypal through a mediator company 2co http://www.2checkout.com/community/ for a commission

Do I understand you correct Oct 21, 2010

that such mediator can receive funds to a Paypal account and pay them to you later to a bank account?
Or you mean payment to your Paypal account?
In such case—if you can receive funds from someone to your account—why should this someone be a mediator? Why it cannot be your client? And with no commission.

2co description in English Oct 21, 2010

I received emails from people who don't speak Russian with the request to describe the 2CO system in English. Here's the same post in English: http://english-russian-translator.blogspot.com/2010/10/how-to-receive-paypal-payments-in-any.html

pros and cons Oct 21, 2010

Yep, there are pros and cons.

Is losing the clients, who pay by PayPal only, better? (:

thanx Mykhailo Oct 21, 2010

The method sounds like it's really working, and of course you gain so many new clients, particularly from the US! Thank you!

Do you mean clients who cannot open a decent bank account and pay by a bank transfer?

Definitely not my niche.
And the rate bracket...

Right you are! In case clients refuse to cooperate with you just because you can`t accept paypal funds - it means that they are 1) not willing to move their a....s and open an account in any bank, and 2) they would like YOU to make their life easier.

This simple.
